Terms & Conditions

All berths are subject to a 12-month agreement.

Vessels up to 30’

Berths are to be used exclusively for the registered boat.

Boats must be kept in good condition

Owners must carry appropriate insurance for their vessel

24 hour Access to the site

No subletting or transfer of berth without prior written permission.

All waste and maintenance materials must be disposed of responsibly.

Non-payment or breach of terms may result in termination of the agreement.
